Benefits of Membership

Members receive regular bulletins about Private Label statistics and information, and are invited to participate in meetings where they will learn from visiting speakers, industry experts, and of course from each other.

Members also receive an automatic subscription to “PL Buyer”, the authoritative magazine from the USA which covers the American private label scene, and an on-line subscription to UK Grocer, which does the same thing for the UK and Europe.

Membership is open to Australian and New Zealand manufacturers, manufacturer distributors, agents, suppliers and consultants involved in Private Label sales and marketing. Our Retail partners are frequently invited as guests to our functions and activities.

To Apply for Membership

To apply for membership please write a brief letter to us, describing your business and detailing its involvement in the private label industry. Please complete the Membership Application Form [PDF 273KB], attach it together with your cheque and send it to us for processing.

PLMA have created a directory to enable manufacturers and retailers to locate appropriate companies and services to fulfil their Private Label requirements. Listing within the directory is free for PLMA members.
